The Derby College Network is for everyone who has studied at Derby College, whether you left in June or in 1996. It is not a club and there is nothing to sign up to: if you studied here, you’re part of the network.

Once a month a bulletin arrives with five good reads on work, money and what’s next; a former student on what happened next for them; and what's open to you at the college. This site keeps all of it in one place, along with the stories.

Who makes it

The network is run for the college by a small team who put the monthly bulletin together, keep this site up to date and read every story before it goes live. Write to us at the address below and a person here answers.

Your information, in plain words

We hold your first name, the email your bulletin arrives at, what you studied and when you left. We use it to send you the monthly bulletin, to show your story if you add one, and to see in aggregate what former students are looking for. Nothing goes to the college's marketing team unless you tick the box that says so. You can ask for anything to be changed or removed at any time. The full privacy notice says the same thing at greater length.
